I quit my company to start WazaWare. We write custom programs and have programs already completed for sale. Like Rideware.
But, Rideware is different. I just wanted to clear my head a bit when I quit my employer. Started driving for Uber as a joke with my best friend. Loved it! But, I did not know if I was doing well or not. So I built Rideware to track my data and show me charts on my performance and earnings.
Other drivers started asking for a copy when they saw me using it.
Work for multiple Gig companies in the same day and Rideware tracks all your data. You will know the total you made for that day, and a breakdown of how much you made with each company. Tracks all your expenses as well. You will be more profitable when you understand where and when you are making the most and spending the least.
I looked at the competition and came to the conclusion that they were missing the real tools we gig workers need. Plus I though the software was clunky at best.
You can work for multiple gig companies in the same day. Get stats on the individual company and a roll up of the day, the week, and month.
Rideware stores pics of all your receipts. You can just throw all the originals in a shoe box. But, you won't need them. This will help if you are ever faced with an audit.
Yes, Rideware tracks your usage on each car you drive. Even if it is a rental.
RideWare graphs how much you make per hour, day, week, month, and year. Also, how much you make and cost per mile. Nice weekly and monthly charts.
Simple data entry. Just enter your start time and odometer at the beginning of the day. Then the $$ you make for each company. Lastly, the ending odometer and time for the day.
We are not accountants. The software gives you the reports your accountant will need to maximize your returns.
